Areas of practice
Trudi-Ann has experience in representing clients in dust disease litigation, workers compensation and personal injury matters. Her clients are employed in a diverse range of occupations ranging from general labourers to those working in the building and manufacturing industries. She has represented clients in dust disease matters involving exposure to asbestos resulting in asbestosis, pleural plaque, depression and anxiety.
She also provides advice to clients who have sustained motor vehicle injuries, assisting them with their claims of payment for disability and income maintenance for time off work.
She has previously worked in the United Kingdom on dust disease claims where exposure to coal dust has resulted in chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.
