Personal Injury Lawyer – Parramatta

We have an opportunity for an experienced workers compensation lawyer to join our Parramatta office.

Working alongside our Partner you will initially be responsible in managing a statutory workers compensation and TPD practice whilst building on your knowledge and skills in work injury damages, public liability and CTP matters. This role would suit someone who has established themselves in personal injury and now wants to take that next step in building on their career within a national law firm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • A valid NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
  • Have at least 2 + years PQE of practising in plaintiff personal injury law, managing your own statutory workers compensation practice (pre admission experience in the area of personal injury will also be considered);
  • An understanding of the relevant statutory workers compensation legislation;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail;
  • Ability to be able to listen to and empathise with clients and their situations;
  • A commitment to achieving the best result for your clients and to be able to resolve issues and/or problems expeditiously whilst securing a positive result.
