On Wednesday 23 November 2016 Turner Freeman sponsored the Finance Sector Union’s NSW/ACT annual state delegates conference and annual general meeting. The conference enabled delegates from all the different areas of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory to come together and focus collectively on issues facing the union movement and the finance in particular.

Partner at Turner Freeman’s Sydney office Fiona Seaton addressed the conference and spoke about the long history between the FSU and Turner Freeman, going back to 1978. Fiona spoke about the firm’s commitment and ongoing support to the labour movement and to assisting working people dealing with legal issues.
The conference was a great success and the staff at Turner Freeman felt very fortunate to be a part of it.
