Senior Property Lawyer – Parramatta

Turner Freeman is a national law firm that provides a wide range of personal legal services.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property lawyer with at least 5 to 6 years PQE to undertake a diverse range of property related matters for our offices across the greater Sydney region.

You will be based at our Parramatta office, however will be required to attend our Windsor office on a regular basis.

About the role

• Strong knowledge and experience in Property Law;
• Advising on residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instructions to completion;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts for sales, commercial and retail leases for both lessor and lessee and property related agreements.
• Conducting due diligence, including reviewing title searches, conflict searches and all related property documents;
• Reviewing and advising on retirement village contracts.

About You

• Experience on PEXA platform;
• Strong technical and drafting skills;
• Ability to mentor and supervise staff members;
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own matters;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong client service focus and a passion for helping people;
• Willingness to participate and enhance business development skills;

This position offers the opportunity for a lawyer with exceptional property experience to help build and grow the property practice across Western Sydney.

Salary will be paid commensurate to the experience and expertise of the successful candidate.
