Legal Advice and Representation Available

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides Australians under the age of 65 who have a permanent and significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they require for everyday life. The NDIS helps people with a disability achieve their goals.

Are you unhappy with a decision made about your NDIS Application or Participant Plan?

Turner Freeman Lawyers provides legal advice to clients who are unhappy with decisions made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) about their NDIS goals and participant plans.

We also provide advice to clients who have applied to become a participant of the scheme but have been denied access to the NDIS.

We can guide and advise clients regarding an internal review course of action.

For clients who are unhappy with the NDIA’s internal review decision, we can advise you and represent you at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
