An accredited specialist in Family Law since 2015, Catherine specialises in assisting families who are separating or divorcing navigate through the process of dividing joint assets and making arrangements for the care of the children.
Catherine is based at the Parramatta office, however will travel to see clients at our Sydney, Campbelltown and Penrith offices.
Since being admitted in 2004 Catherine has worked exclusively in the areas of Family Law and Child Protection.

To be accredited specialists must pass a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. To retain their accreditation specialists must undertake significant additional professional development in their area of expertise each year.

Catherine has extensive experience assisting her clients in complex property matters involving private companies, family trusts and international assets, superannuation splitting, de-facto and same sex parenting matters including adoption and surrogacy, child support, and in parenting disputes.
Catherine is competent negotiator and works hard in all matters to assist her client’s in reaching amicable settlements through mediation or, when appropriate, through the Collaborative Law process. If a matter progress to Court, then Catherine is confident in litigating and appears regularly in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Courts in both Parramatta and Sydney.
