Fady is a Partner at our Parramatta office and specialises in personal injury litigation with a focus on workers compensation claims, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability claims, industrial deafness claims and superannuation claims.

Fady joined Turner Freeman Lawyers in June 2010. He was appointed Partner on 1 July 2016.

Fady was named as one of the leading and recommended motor vehicle and work injury compensation lawyers in New South Wales for 6 years in a row, public liability lawyer for 6 years in a row and asbestos & dust disease compensation lawyer for 2017.

  • Fady joined Turner Freeman Lawyers in June 2010. He was appointed Partner on 1 July 2016.

Fady’s vast experience

  • Fady has built a very large mixed personal injury law practice. Apart from his one on one dealing with clients, Fady provides high level legal advice to the firm’s union clients and a number of health service providers.
  • Fady is experienced in a wide range of civil litigation for client’s rights in the District and Supreme Courts of NSW and in the Workers Compensation Commission of NSW and regularly appears in such Courts advocating for his clients.

Community involvement

  • Fady is an active member and has strong associations with the Coptic Orthodox Church and Presbyterian Church via his involvement in various committees and programmes for welfare and youth. His involvement in such programmes has set the platform for the manner in which Fady practices law ethically and with only his client’s best interests in mind.
