Beth’s passion for Wills & Estates Law
She is actively involved in providing Wills and Estate Planning legal education, having presented overseas to barristers, solicitors and judges, and locally to medical and aged care staff, as well as to the ageing community.
She has published several articles on this topic, and keeps up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law.
She is very passionate about Wills and Estates, and prides herself on her ability to take often complex law and turn it into clear and accessible advice tailored to each of her clients.
She particularly enjoys assisting her clients obtain further provision from estates where they have been left out of a Will or treated unfairly.
