Kara's expertise

Kara is a lawyer based in our Brisbane Office practicing in personal injury law including asbestos and dust diseases litigation.

Kara assists clients who have suffered injury and loss due to exposure to toxic substances including asbestos and silica and clients who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, while at work or in a public place to understand their rights and help them through the legal process to secure the compensation they deserve.

Kara has a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and was admitted to practice in 2020. She also holds a Certificate II in Community Pharmacy, which she applied in her 13 years of working in healthcare. Kara firmly believes this experience helped her to understand the value and importance of understanding her clients and ensuring client satisfaction, which are skills she transferred to her legal career and develops to this day.

Kara’s desire to help people is further evidenced through her extensive volunteer experience, with many organisations including the Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service, St John’s Ambulance Australia, Suited to Success, Queensland Ready Readers, and The Pyjama Foundation.
