Rachel was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in December 2014. Since then her practice has been primarily in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury law. Rachel represents injured parties in claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, industrial negligence, work accidents, slip and falls and other aspects of negligence which may arise.
Rachel is also experienced in pursuing TPD and superannuation insurance, underpayment of wages and other entitlements for her clients. Rachel’s main area of interest is workers compensation claims and disputes at the South Australian Employment Tribunal. Rachel has successful negotiated resolutions in hundreds of claims and has run numerous matters to Trial in the SAET, as well as in the Magistrates and District Courts.
Rachel prides herself on building good relationships with her clients and strongly advocating for their interests in times of need. Rachel is well versed in dispute resolution and is known for her practical, common sense approach to negotiation. Rachel is committed to ensuring open and transparent communication continues with her client’s throughout the claims process and that their concerns are heard and actioned. In addition, Rachel is an experienced practitioner and a wealth of knowledge in the private personal injury sector in South Australia.
