Isabella Nati

Isabella is a lawyer based in our Sydney Office, practicing in asbestos and dust diseases litigation.

Isabella assists clients who have suffered injury and loss due to exposure to toxic substances including asbestos, silica dust and welding fumes. She has experience pursuing claims in the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales, and statutory compensation claims in the New South Wales, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and Comcare schemes.

Isabella understands that the legal process can be daunting and she is committed to ensuring that her clients feel supported throughout the entire process.

Qualifications and Memberships

• Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) – Macquarie University.
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law
• Law Society of New South Wales
