Melissa Portelli

Melissa is a Senior Associate in our Norwest office and specialises in personal injury litigation with a focus on workers compensation claims, motor vehicle accident claims, work injury damages claims, public and occupier’s liability claims and total and permanent disability claims under the terms of superannuation policies and income protection.

Melissa joined Turner Freeman Lawyers in 2023. Prior to joining Turner Freeman, Melissa had a background in personal injury law for over 7 years. She has previously worked with another leading NSW personal injury firm representing injured claimants.

Melissa is passionate about reaching the best outcome for her clients.

Melissa understands the hardship faced by people when they have suffered injury. Melissa approaches each case with care and consideration for each of her clients’ unique circumstances. She ensures that her clients are well informed of the available claims as well as the processes involved in pursuing a claim.

• Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Advanced Business Leadership) – Western Sydney University
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Member of the NSW Law Society
• Admitted to Supreme Court of New South Wales – May 2019
