An opportunity has arisen in our Gloucester office for a Conveyancer / Legal Secretary to join our Litigation team.


  • Reception – attending to all new matter enquiries in person and by phone, all incoming phone calls to the office
  • Conveyancing – sale and purchase of residential , commercial and rural properties
  • Transfer Granting Easements
  • Sale and Purchase of Business
  • Leases – commercial and rural
  • Fencing disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Wills and Estate Planning, drafting and preparing documents, witnessing the execution of documents
  • Probate, Letters of Administration, Notice of Death
  • Archiving, safe custody storage
  • General duties i.e. banking, collecting mail, scanning,  filing, verification of identification
  • Working by yourself when solicitor not present
  • Knowledge of Word and Outlook
