An opportunity has arisen in our Gloucester office for a Conveyancer / Legal Secretary to join our Litigation team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Reception – attending to all new matter enquiries in person and by phone, all incoming phone calls to the office
- Conveyancing – sale and purchase of residential , commercial and rural properties
- Transfer Granting Easements
- Sale and Purchase of Business
- Leases – commercial and rural
- Fencing disputes
- Debt recovery
- Wills and Estate Planning, drafting and preparing documents, witnessing the execution of documents
- Probate, Letters of Administration, Notice of Death
- Archiving, safe custody storage
- General duties i.e. banking, collecting mail, scanning, filing, verification of identification
- Working by yourself when solicitor not present
- Knowledge of Word and Outlook
