Turner Freeman is seeking a Junior Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Sydney NSW 2000 on a full-time basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity within Administration & Office Support, where you will be the welcoming face of our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing first-line reception duties. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a positive experience for clients, visitors, and staff members.
What you’ll be doing
Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
- Contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment
- Relief on reception
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Professional telephone manner and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy office environment
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent qualification
