Lachlan Leehy

Lachlan is a Lawyer in our Wills and Estates team, based in our Penrith office. He specialises in the area of Wills and Estates, including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.

Lachlan’s decision to become a lawyer was fuelled by a concerning obsession with reading and writing, along with an overarching desire to wear a powdered wig. Thankfully, this has provided Lachlan with superior skills in fact-finding, drafting and argumentation, which he uses to provide clients positive, cost effective outcomes.

He understands that estate planning is more than merely chuntering* “Give my stuff to Reginald”, and that estate litigation requires the careful telling of each client’s story. Lachlan therefore takes the time to understand every matter and gives each client’s circumstances the care and attention they deserve.

Outside of legal practice, Lachlan is a qualified semi-professional football (soccer) coach and has coached teams ranging from junior boys to senior women. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Wills and Estates and also marks university examinations. He does not text with emojis. He does not clasp mugs with two hands.
