Lyvia Troie
Lyvia's Expertise
Lyvia is a Lawyer in Turner Freeman’s Newcastle office, practising in personal injury law. She has experience across workers compensation, industrial deafness, death benefit claims, total and permanent disability (TPD) insurance claims, coal mining claims, motor vehicle accident claims and public liability claims.
Lyvia joined Turner Freeman in 2022 while completing her law degree, initially working as a paralegal in the personal injury team. She continued in this role until her admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2024.
With a compassionate and patient approach, Lyvia understands that navigating a personal injury claim can be overwhelming and stressful. She is dedicated to supporting her clients throughout the legal process, taking the time to provide clear advice, guidance and reassurance as their matter progresses.
Her focus is on helping clients understand and access the entitlements available to them, while providing the care and support they need as they navigate both their claim and recovery.
Lyvia is committed to continuing her professional development and contributing to the Newcastle community, with a focus on advocating for fairness and helping people access the legal support they need.
