Julia's Expertise
Julia is an Associate in Turner Freeman’s Property, Wills & Estates team, practising in property law, Wills and estate planning, and estate administration. Julia works with clients across Greater Sydney and can meet with clients at Turner Freeman offices throughout Sydney.
Prior to joining Turner Freeman, Julia gained legal experience across a broad range of practice areas in general practice law firms. More recently, she worked as a property and commercial lawyer with a well-regarded Sydney CBD law firm. Julia also brings significant experience from the real estate industry, having successfully operated a business under a leading real estate brand for many years as a licensed real estate professional.
This experience gives Julia an understanding of the property landscape from different sides of a property transaction. Down-to-earth and practical in her approach, Julia enjoys all things property and works closely with clients to identify potential issues early and develop clear and effective solutions. She provides advice grounded in both her legal knowledge and real-world property experience, with careful attention to detail throughout each transaction.
When it comes to estate planning for individuals and families, Julia brings a warm and empathetic approach to her work. She takes the time to understand her clients’ individual circumstances and needs, thoughtfully guiding them through important decisions with care and genuine understanding.
Julia is dedicated to assisting clients with their estate planning needs, including preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian. She also assists clients with deceased estate administration, providing practical guidance and support with sensitivity during what can often be a difficult time.
