Tom Coote

Tom is a lawyer with Turner Freeman Lawyers based in our Wollongong office. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws + Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Wollongong.

Tom practices in personal injury, including Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages, and Total and Permanent Disability claims. He also practices in Employment Law disputes including unfair dismissal, adverse action and disability discrimination claims. Tom assists in other Personal Injury claims including Dust Diseases, Medical Negligence and Public Liability Matters.

Tom understands that for most, engaging with a lawyer is when they are at their most vulnerable, unable to work either due to injury and illness, or termination. Tom understands the stressful nature of these claims, and is committed to providing individual and comprehensive legal advice. He is compassionate and strives to achieve a positive result, while making sure each client is supported and informed throughout the whole process.

• Admitted Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW
• Admitted Lawyer of the High Court of Australia
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice
• Member of the Wollongong District Law Society.
