Hassan Ehsan

Hassan Ehsan is a highly experienced lawyer practicing in Institutional Abuse litigation, handling matters across the country. His broader personal injury expertise also includes public liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims.

Born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, Hassan migrated to Australia in 1991. A passionate sports fan, his first love in Australia was the MCG and the Geelong Cats.

Hassan regularly appears in courts across the country, including the Supreme Courts of the ACT, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania. He currently serves as the ACT State President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance. He also co-chairs the Australian Lawyers Alliance special interest group on historical child abuse litigation at a national level.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Canberra, as well as a Master of Laws (Legal Practice) from the Australian National University.

As a dedicated advocate, Hassan takes a goal-oriented approach to litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his clients. Outside the legal sphere, he is a keen sportsman with a deep passion for cricket and tennis, often writing, analysing, and critiquing games.
