The Cosmetic Institute (TCI) has been involved in yet another controversy, this time affecting the privacy of its patients.

Patients’ privacy concerns

TCI has allegedly leaked the confidential details of hundreds of its patients from around Australia, in what they are calling an IT glitch. Turner Freeman represents numerous TCI patients who all complain about TCI’s deficient surgical techniques. Most have outcomes involving significant deformities and ongoing pain.

The story involving TCI featured on Channel 7 News last Saturday night, with Turner Freeman mentioned as the legal firm representing a large number of women.
