On 8 April 2021 the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) was successful in obtaining a decision from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal against Dr John Hart, general practitioner which found that his conduct amounted to professional misconduct. The HCCC alleged that Dr Hart inappropriately prescribed peptides to patients between about 2014 to 2016.
