Floyd Wisner, A lawyer with decades of experience in airline disaster compensation has launched a stinging attack on Malaysia’s handling of the Malaysian Airlines tragedy. American Floyd Wisner represented families in the crash of Air France Flight 447 in the Atlantic five years ago. He says the Malaysians will face damages claims worth at least $500 million from the relatives of passengers and crew.
