Keldote & Ors v. Riteway Transport
In an important decision, the Federal Magistrates Court awarded damages to three truck drivers whose contracts were terminated by Riteway Express, a subsidiary of TNT.
The matter was the first successful claim brought by applicants under the Independent Contractors Act.
