Caroline is a Senior Litigation Paralegal based in our Tweed Heads office, working on New South Wales personal injury and compensation matters.
She brings substantial experience across workers compensation claims, motor vehicle accident claims, public liability matters and superannuation claims for total and permanent disability. With a strong litigation background developed across firms in both New South Wales and Queensland, Caroline has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of compensation law and complex claim management. Her current practice is dedicated solely to New South Wales matters.
Prior to joining Turner Freeman in 2025, Caroline held senior litigation roles within established personal injury practices, including positions involving departmental management and oversight within compensation law teams. Her experience across jurisdictions has provided valuable insight into cross-border considerations relevant to clients based along the NSW and Queensland border region.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Brazil and is currently taking steps for her admission in Australia through Southern Cross University. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, enabling her to confidently assist clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
She is committed to supporting injured clients with professionalism, diligence and care, recognising the significant impact that personal injury claims can have on individuals and their families.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys yoga, surfing and spending time on the Gold Coast with her Golden Doodle.
