Claire Jones

Claire is an Associate based in our Newcastle office.

She assists clients across a broad range of personal injury claims, including workers compensation, work injury damages, emergency service worker claims, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, medical negligence, coal mining claims and Comcare matters. In addition to representing clients under the NSW statutory workers compensation scheme, Claire also assists clients in the Commonwealth jurisdiction under the Comcare scheme.

Claire joined Turner Freeman in March 2023 and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. She understands that the legal process can be daunting and guides her clients through the claims process with compassion and understanding.

Qualifications & Memberships

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class 1) / Diploma of Legal Practice – University of Newcastle
• Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) – University of Newcastle
• IRO/ILARS Approved Legal Service Provider
• Law Society of New South Wales
