Dianne Mitreski

Dianne is an Associate in our Parramatta office, specialising in personal injury law with a particular focus on Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and motor vehicle injury claims. She joined Turner Freeman Lawyers in 2025 and is committed to guiding clients through what can often be a challenging and uncertain time.

With a strong foundation in personal injury law and previous experience across CTP matters, Dianne has a comprehensive understanding of how claims are assessed and managed. Before joining the firm, she worked on the defendant side of personal injury litigation, giving her a unique and valuable insight into the strategies and considerations involved in these claims. This perspective allows her to anticipate potential challenges, navigate complex statutory frameworks and advocate effectively for her clients.

Dianne is known for her thorough and detail-oriented approach, as well as her ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and practical way. She works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed, supported and confident throughout the claims process, while pursuing fair and timely outcomes on their behalf.

• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (Practical Legal Training Program), The College of Law – May 2023
• Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales – 14 July 2023
