Genesis Asuncion

Genesis is an Associate in our Sydney office and has been working in the firm since September 2022. Genesis predominantly works in statutory workers compensation, total and permanent disablement, and income protection claims. She also assists in common law claims including work injury damages, CTP, occupier’s liability, and public liability claims.

Genesis is devoted to offering help to people from all walks of life who need assistance. She acknowledges that every client’s experience is different and is driven to achieve the best outcomes for her clients whilst remaining highly empathetic and approachable.

Qualifications and Memberships

• Bachelor of Laws (Honours) – Majoring in Criminology – Macquarie University.
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law
• Admitted Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales
