Jessica Grant-Nilon

Jess is Partner based in our Tweed Heads office and specialises in personal injury law, including workplace injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, public liability matters and superannuation claims for total and permanent disablement.

With a combined degree in law and medical science, Jess is able to understand the complex links between medical science and the law. As such, she has an in depth understanding of personal injury compensation claims and the health and medical implications of them.

Jess is dedicated to providing assistance to those who have suffered injury and are going through one of the most difficult times of their lives, to ensure the best possible outcome.

Having grown up in Murwillumbah before moving to the lower Blue Mountains, Jess was able to contribute to her local community through Turner Freeman’s Penrith office since 2016 before returning to the Northern Rivers area and working in the Tweed Heads office in 2025.

• Bachelor of Law – University of Technology, Sydney
• Bachelor of Medical Science – University of Technology, Sydney
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Approved Legal Service Provider to the Independent Review Officer (IRO)
• Member of the NSW Law Society
