Krystal Bellamy

Krystal is Special Counsel in Turner Freeman’s Queensland Wills & Estates team, based in our Brisbane office. She is a senior lawyer who has practised exclusively in deceased estates and trusts since 2012, with a particular interest in complex estate and trust administration, disputes and litigation.

Her experience includes acting for executors, trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, parties seeking provision or further provision from a deceased estate, and parties involved in disputes over the payment of superannuation death benefits. She also acts for other aggrieved or interested parties in non-litigious disputes and Court proceedings.

Krystal has extensive experience in estate litigation, including contentious probate proceedings, Will validity disputes, family provision applications, mutual Will disputes, statutory Will applications, applications for judicial direction, applications to remove executors and trustees, and claims for equitable relief.

She also provides estate planning and estate administration advice and services, including assisting executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries. This includes accounting to beneficiaries and scrutinising the steps taken in the administration of estates and trusts.

Krystal has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide in both Wills & Estates Litigation and Wills, Estates & Succession Planning in Queensland, and by Best Lawyers in Australia for Trusts and Estates.
