Lauren Neilson

Lauren is a Lawyer in our Employment Law and Industrial Relations team, based in our Brisbane office. Originally from Canada, she studied Political Science before moving to Australia to study law at Bond University. She graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Law (Honours Class 2), completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in January 2026, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in March 2026.

Lauren recently returned to South East Queensland from Rockhampton, where she spent six months gaining experience across a range of legal areas. She completed her Practical Legal Training at a criminal and family law firm before moving into personal injury law, where she worked as a paralegal prior to relocating to Brisbane.

Lauren enjoys engaging with clients and helping them feel at ease as they navigate the legal system. She is committed to providing approachable, supportive assistance and building positive client relationships.

Before moving to Australia, Lauren worked in the mining industry in Canada, where she drove haul trucks in a FIFO role.
