Marija Pavkovic

Marija is a Law Graduate in our Parramatta office and works in the personal injury team. She joined Turner Freeman in October 2025 and has worked exclusively in personal injury law since 2022.

Marija assists clients with work injury claims, motor vehicle injury claims, public liability claims and superannuation claims. She is committed to helping people understand their rights and access the support and entitlements available to them after an injury.

Her approach to client care is shaped by her own family’s experience with a work-related injury. This gives Marija a strong understanding of not only the legal issues involved in a claim, but also the personal and emotional challenges clients and their families can face.

Marija approaches each matter with care, empathy and attention to detail. She regularly works with clients who are unfamiliar with the legal process and is dedicated to guiding them through their claim with clear communication and practical support.

Outside of work, Marija has been involved in Serbian dancing for more than 20 years and maintains a strong connection to her culture and community.

• Bachelor of Laws – Macquarie University
