Oliver De Pasquale

Oliver is a Lawyer in our Parramatta office and has been with the firm since 2025. He practises primarily in statutory workers compensation, work injury damages, total and permanent disablement claims, and public liability matters.

Oliver began his career in personal injury law while completing his university studies and has since developed a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for injured clients. He understands that many clients are navigating some of the most difficult periods of their lives and is dedicated to guiding them through the statutory workers compensation scheme and the broader law of negligence with care and clarity.

He finds personal injury law deeply rewarding and values the opportunity to support clients, advocate for their rights, and help them move forward with confidence.

• Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and History), Bachelor of Laws – Western Sydney University
• Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice – College of Law
• Admitted Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales
• IRO Approved Lawyer
