Rohan's expertise
Rohan is an accredited specialist in Workplace Relations with wide-ranging experience across both general practice and complex industrial matters. He provides practical advice and representation in disputes involving unfair dismissal, general protections, contractual disagreements, and workplace investigations.
Rohan regularly acts in matters involving discrimination, including sexual harassment and disability discrimination, as well as Work Health and Safety (WHS) issues and professional conduct investigations, such as those initiated by AHPRA and the Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO).
His expertise also covers disciplinary and regulatory law, governance for registered organisations at both state and federal levels, and prosecutions involving bodies such as WHS regulators, ROC, ABCC, FWBII, and the Fair Work Ombudsman. He has also appeared in coronial inquests and High Court special leave applications.
With a strong understanding of organisational compliance and a calm, considered approach, Rohan helps clients manage sensitive workplace issues confidently and effectively.

- Bachelor of Arts, with an honours in Politics (University of Queensland)
- Bachelor of Laws (University of Queensland)
- Accredited specialist in Workplace Relations
- Serves on two Queensland Law Society committees relating to Industrial law and workplace relations
