Stephen Rositano

Stephen is based in our Parramatta office and specialises in an array of areas which include:

• Personal injury Law, particularly for first responder and emergency service workers;
• Superannuation Law such as total and permanent disablement and income protection;
• Employment and Industrial Law.

Stephen assists injured Police Officers and first responders on a regular basis. Stephen understands the intricate different entitlements for these workers particularly for injured Police Officers, having worked closely in this area of law. Stephen also takes on employment and industrial law work, having worked on matters which involve unfair dismissal and general protection remedies.

Stephen is aware of the hardships faced by an injured worker. He ensures that clients can reach the best outcome available to relieve them of their hardship.
