Turner Freeman Lawyers is a national law firm with a proud history of over 70 years experience.  As a result of continued growth Turner Freeman Lawyers is currently seeking to employ a full time Administration Office Assistant / Final year law student to join our Logan Central office.

The Role

Your administrative duties include but are not limited to:

  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing mail including collection of mail and deliveries;
  • Assist with general overflow of work around the office e.g. volume of photocopying, collation and preparation of briefs to counsel, scanning of documents and filing as directed;
  • Accurate typing speed of 60+ words; tranmscription of dictation;
  • File management including a high volume of filing and secretarial duties;
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments with doctors;
  • Monitor stationery levels and consumables and placing orders as required;
  • Reception duties where necessary, includes taking detailed and accurate messages;
  • Request & archive electronic files; and
  • Extensive ongoing housekeeping and general office duties.

Previous office experience and skills will be looked upon favourably. This is a role where you are highly depended upon so initiative and personal motivation are essential.
