Our legal team promotions

We are pleased to announce the following promotions across our offices, recognising the dedication and hard work of our talented legal team.

Senior Associate Promotions

Sean Jones – Brisbane

Sean has been promoted to Senior Associate within the Brisbane Wills and Estates team. Since joining the firm in August 2021, Sean has handled a wide range of estate matters, from straightforward estate planning to complex litigation. He brings significant experience to the succession law space, having practised since 2013.

Emily Delaney – Parramatta

Emily began her journey with the firm in 2013 as an office assistant and has progressed through multiple roles before being admitted as a solicitor in 2021. She became an Associate in July 2023. Emily now leads a broad personal injury practice, managing matters across workers’ compensation, work injury damages, Comcare, TPD, public liability, and motor vehicle accident claims.

Jeanne Huang – Parramatta

Jeanne joined the firm in 2015 and has advanced through the roles of office assistant, paralegal, graduate lawyer and solicitor before becoming an Associate in July 2023. Her practice spans the full scope of personal injury law, including industrial deafness, TPD, workers’ compensation, public liability, and product liability claims.

Daniela Rubino-Panucci – Parramatta

Daniela has been with the firm since 2018 and was admitted in 2019. She became an Associate in 2023. Her primary focus is Dust Diseases litigation. She also handles historical institutional abuse matters and medical negligence claims, and played a key role in the resolution of the TCI class action.

Associate Promotions

Stephen Rositano – Parramatta

Stephen joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal and was admitted as a solicitor in 2022. He works primarily in personal injury matters for Police and emergency service workers, with growing experience in employment and industrial law.

Kaylee Batiste – Parramatta

Kaylee began with the firm in 2016 as an office assistant and has developed her career while studying full time. Since her admission in 2023, she has been managing a varied personal injury practice, including industrial deafness, workers’ compensation, TPD, public liability, and work injury damages.

Chloe Campbell – Logan

Chloe started as a paralegal in 2022 and was admitted in late 2023. She continues to work in our Logan office, managing a broad personal injury practice covering motor vehicle accidents, work injury damages, public liability, and medical negligence.

Kyle Arfmann – Toronto

Kyle joined the firm in 2024 and brings with him a Master of Applied Law, majoring in Wills and Estates. He has several years of experience and focuses solely on estate law, including probate applications and complex testamentary documents.

Anisa Ali – Sydney and Penrith

Anisa has been with the firm since 2022 and works exclusively in Wills and Estates. Her practice includes everything from drafting simple Wills to managing complex estate litigation.

Luke Pszczonka – Ipswich

Luke joined the firm in 2021 and works across a wide range of personal injury matters. His experience includes motor vehicle accidents, psychological injury claims, and complex hybrid PIPA and workers’ compensation claims.

Alice Hickman – Adelaide

Alice joined in early 2023 and works in our Adelaide office. She focuses on hearing loss and general workers’ compensation matters and provides support to senior lawyers on more complex claims.

We congratulate all our newly promoted Senior Associates and Associates. Their dedication, experience, and progression within the firm reflect our ongoing commitment to providing the highest standard of legal service. These promotions strengthen our ability to support our clients with trusted advice and experienced representation across all areas of our practice.
