Turner Freeman received firm-wide recognition for motor vehicle accident compensation law in two states in the 2026 rankings.
In New South Wales, Turner Freeman was ranked Second Tier in the 2026 Leading Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Law Firms (Plaintiff) rankings.

Richard Dababneh – Leading Lawyer
Richard Dababneh was named a Leading Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyer for 2026.
Richard is a Partner in Turner Freeman’s Parramatta office and has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law since 2012. His practice includes motor vehicle accident claims, workers compensation, public liability and a range of other personal injury matters.
The 2026 result continues a long history of recognition for Richard in Doyle’s Guide, with a decade of recognition in motor vehicle accident and work injury compensation law.
Luke Power – Leading Lawyer
Luke Power was also recognised as a Leading Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyer in New South Wales.
A Partner in Turner Freeman’s Sydney office, Luke practises across motor vehicle accident claims, work injury claims, public liability and insurance matters. Luke first joined Turner Freeman in 2015 and was appointed Partner in 2022.
His 2026 Leading Lawyer ranking continues his recognition in Doyle’s Guide for motor vehicle accident compensation, having appeared in the NSW rankings since 2024.
Fady Dous – Recommended Lawyer
Fady Dous was named a Recommended Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Lawyer for 2026.
