We are delighted to announce that Hassan Ehsan has joined Turner Freeman Lawyers as a Special Counsel in our Canberra office.

Hassan is a highly experienced lawyer practising in Institutional Abuse litigation and brings valuable insight to our team. He also advises clients in a range of personal injury matters, including public liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and TPD claims.

He appears regularly in the Supreme Courts of the ACT, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Hassan also plays an active leadership role in the legal community, currently serving as ACT State President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and co-chairing its national special interest group on historical child abuse litigation.

Hassan holds degrees from the University of Canberra and ANU, and is recognised for his client-focused, outcome-driven approach.

Outside the courtroom, Hassan is a passionate cricket and tennis fan, a loyal Geelong Cats supporter, and a familiar face in Canberra as an MC at local weddings.

We are excited to welcome Hassan to the firm. His experience, leadership, and commitment to client outcomes further strengthen our growing presence in Canberra.
