Go back to careersWe have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Injury lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Parramatta office.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A valid NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
- Have at least 2 + years PQE of practising in plaintiff personal injury law, with a experience in Federal Compensation litigation;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients;
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality legal services;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
YOUR ROLE
- Management of primarily Comcare matters with a mix of other general personal injury matters, including work injury damages, NSW workers compensation, CTP and Public Liability;
- Conducting initial client interviews and running matters from start to finish;
- Maintaining details records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and legislation;
- Providing a high quality legal service and ensuring that the best possible outcome is achieved for each individual client.
