WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A valid NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
- Have at least 2 + years PQE of practising in plaintiff dust diseases litigation;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail;
- Ability to be able to listen to and empathise with clients and their situations;
- A commitment to achieving the best result for your clients and to be able to resolve issues and/or problems expeditiously whilst securing a positive result.
