Notice to Participating Group Members - 24 March 2025
You are receiving this update because you are a Participating Group Member in the Settlement Scheme concerning patients of The Cosmetic Institute.
Eligibility of group members to participate in the scheme has now been determined and assessment of the group members’ claims will now commence.
The group members claims will be assessed and determined by the Administrator in accordance with the Damages Assessment Protocol and the Deductions Protocols as set out in the Settlement Scheme.
We may contact individual group members in the course of the assessment process, to request clarification of any matter arising from the information supplied.
It is each group member’s responsibility to be proactive and monitor email communications from us, and provide a timely response to any request.
