Update – 6 January 2026

By way of update to Participating Group Members, please note that:

Medicare has been addressed, and nothing further is required in relation to Medicare.

The Administrator is finalising arrangements with, and making repayments to, private health insurers – in respect of those participating group members who have disclosed private health membership since the date of their injury. We are awaiting some final repayment amounts from certain private health funds.

This step is almost complete, following which payments to participating group members are scheduled to commence.

We may email you asking for certain steps / actions to be taken. Please continue to monitor your emails and respond to any requests promptly. If we have not contacted you, it means that we have all we need from you at this time.

We are unable to give any further estimate of timeframe as we are reliant on third parties, however, we are looking forward to making the payments to all affected women as a priority, and bringing the Scheme to a close.
