Elisha Parker

Elisha is a Senior Associate based in Central Queensland. She specialises in asbestos and dust disease claims and has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in litigation and claims under State and Commonwealth workers compensation schemes.

Throughout her career, Elisha has assisted clients and their families with complex claims involving asbestos, silica and other occupational dust diseases. She understands that these matters often arise during an exceptionally difficult and uncertain time and is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity, patience and care.

Elisha is known for her calm, compassionate and professional approach. She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and works closely with them and their families to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout their claim.

Outside her legal practice, Elisha has a strong connection to the agricultural industry. She has volunteered with Beef Australia since 2009 and has served as a non-executive Director since 2022 and is currently Vice-Chair, contributing her governance and leadership experience across a range of committees and industry initiatives.
