Gabrielle's expertise
Gabrielle is a key member of the Queensland Wills and Estates team and helps clients with estate litigation, estate administration and estate planning matters. She has been working in Wills and Estate area of law since before she was admitted and has a strong understanding of estates matters and their complexities.
- Gabrielle has experience in estate litigation (including FPAs and solemn form proceedings), estate planning (including both standard and more complex planning – TDT’s and special disability trusts, dealing with complex structures including family trusts, companies and self-managed superannuation funds) and estate administration.
- She has a broad range of experience with complex estate matters which she can draw from to help clients to address any of their wills & estates matters.
Qualifications & Memberships:
- Bachelor of Law with Honours in 2022
- Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Distinction in 2022
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2022
- Admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023
- 2025 Committee Member in Queensland Young Lawyers
