ASSOCIATES

Mumtash Assudani

Mumtash is employed in our Sydney office in the Wills and Estates Department. She has been with us since November 2018 and does highly complex, specialised litigation under the supervision of Terry Goldberg. Her aspiration is to be a specialist disputed wills Lawyer.

Philip Ferraro

Philip joined the Firm at our Campbelltown office in September 2019. Since starting with us at Campbelltown he has built up a very large plaintiff personal injury practice specialising in workers compensation and CTP claims. He has provided critical support to the Branch Partner, Nathan Bonello-Edwards in developing and managing what is now the largest personal injury practice in south western Sydney.

Patrick Pollock

Patrick is employed at our Ipswich office. He commenced with the Firm in October 2018. In the period that he has been with us he has made a significant contribution to Firm’s Ipswich office and provides important support for Matthew O’Keefe in the running of the Ipswich office.

Patrick is developing specialist knowledge across various areas of personal injury work and has a particular passion for pure psychiatric injury claims, some of the most difficult cases that personal injury lawyers confront. This is an increasingly important area of the law given the greater understanding that we now have as a society of mental health issues.

The Partners congratulate this group of practitioners who have been rewarded with promotions reflecting the hard work that they have done, the contribution that they have made to Turner Freeman and the dedication that they have shown.
