We are delighted to announce the promotion of Rohan Tate to Partner, effective 1 January 2026.
Rohan leads Turner Freeman’s Industrial and Employment Law Group and is based in our Brisbane office. Since joining the firm, Rohan has played a key role in expanding and strengthening our industrial and employment law services.
With more than 15 years’ experience in employment, industrial relations, and discrimination law, Rohan brings deep legal expertise combined with a practical, strategic approach. He has a strong track record representing clients in complex matters before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court, and state-based tribunals and courts, and is known for providing clear and outcome-focused advice.
As Partner, Rohan will continue to lead and grow our Industrial and Employment Law team.
