Personal Injury Lawyer | Associate Level – Parramatta

Turner Freeman is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their Parramatta legal team. As a senior lawyer, you will play a key strategic role in managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, providing high-quality, client-focused legal services to our growing client base.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims, including statutory workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and work injury damages matters;
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process
• Collaborate with medical experts, insurers, and other stakeholders to build strong cases and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
• Supervise and mentor more junior members of the legal team
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s personal injury practice by identifying growth opportunities and implementing new strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of post-admission experience in personal injury law, ideally gained within a reputable plaintiff law firm or in-house legal team
• Exceptional legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Strong negotiation and client management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Current practising certificate in New South Wales
