We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Injury lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Parramatta office.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for this role you must have:

• A valid NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
• Have at least 2 + years PQE of practising in plaintiff personal injury law, with a specialisation in Comcare work;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients;
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality legal services;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

YOUR ROLE

• Management of primarily Comcare matters with a mix of other general personal injury matters;
• Conducting client interviews;
• Maintaining details records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and legislation;
• Assisting the Partner and wider team through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
