We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join our team at Turner Freeman’s office in Toronto, NSW. This full-time role will see you supporting our Property Law practice by handling all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing efficient and accurate processing of property sale and purchase transactions
- Preparing and reviewing a wide range of conveyancing documentation such as contracts, transfers, and settlement statements
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
- Maintaining detailed records and files to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Supporting the wider Property Law team as required
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a Conveyancing Clerk or in a similar role within a legal practice
- You are a qualified conveyancer
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and standard office tools
- A genuine interest in property law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Can work autonomously
