Turner Freeman is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their Parramatta legal team. As a senior lawyer, you will play a key strategic role in managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, providing high-quality, client-focused legal services to our growing client base.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of complex personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and workers’ compensation cases
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process
- Collaborate with medical experts, insurers, and other stakeholders to build strong cases and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Supervise and mentor more junior members of the legal team
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s personal injury practice by identifying growth opportunities and implementing new strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards
What we’re looking for
- 3 to 4+ years of post-admission experience in personal injury law, ideally gained within a reputable plaintiff law firm or in-house legal team
- Exceptional legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Strong negotiation and client management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Current practising certificate in New South Wales
